Eleonora Lenzi
Eleonora Lenzi has been collaborating with the Stefanelli & Stefanelli Law Firm since 1999, her main areas being company law, compliance with Leg. Decree 231/2001, data protection and alternative dispute resolution.
With regard to company law, she assists companies with contract management, litigation, both in the judicial field and through the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), management and recovery of credit against private individuals and Public Administrations.
She is an accredited and expert mediator in accordance with the Ministerial Decree 180/2010 for the resolution of conflicts. Eleonora Lenzi also has extensive experience in privacy and data protection law, assisting facilities and professionals in complying with EU Reg. 2016/679 (GDPR), and she is the person responsibile for the ISO 9001: 2015 quality certification of our law firm.
