Federico Breschi has been collaborating with the Stefanelli & Stefanelli Law Firm since 2011. He is expert in public and private health law regarding authorizations and accreditation, provision of health services and health advertising. He provides preventive advice to professionals and companies in the preparation and formulation of advertising material and assistance in disciplinary proceedings before Orders and Commissions. Mr. Breschi is also competent in the area of Medical Devices, particularly in the eyewear sector.
He obtained his Master's Degree in Health Law at the Postgraduate School in Public Administration Studies (SPISA) of the University of Bologna.
He writes legal articles for trade magazines, such as the legal newspaper Appalti & Sanità, and publishes contributions for volumes, such as "Accreditation of health facilities and services", published by Bononia University Press.
