Stefanelli&Stefanelli awarded law firm of the year in the Biomedical sector at the TopLegal Industry Awards 2021

We are pleased to announce that our law firm has been awarded first place in the Life Sciences - Biomedical area in the 6th edition of the TopLegal Industry Awards, a national event that rewards legal professionals and law firms for their cross-functional skills in supporting clients. The designation is made through the analysis of precise and rigorous selection criteria designed to evaluate the use of resources to the benefit of the client, service innovation, specific knowledge of the sector and the activity and solutions brought to the client.
 
The award recognises our expertise in Artificial Intelligence applied to the medical device sector and our consultancy activities in the fields of digital health, telemedicine and digital support.
According to the Jury, the firm 'caught the interest of the jurors with a mandate that will set a standard for the future. For PatchAi, it handled privacy and compliance issues relating to the creation of a chatbot and app for patients involved in clinical trials.'
