Simona Loprete

Simona Loprete, within the Privacy Department of the Stefanelli&Stefanelli Law Firm, provides legal advice in the public and private health sector in the area of personal data protection.

A graduate in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna, she qualified as a lawyer in the 2014/2015 session.

Winning scholarship, in 2017 she participated and obtained the disploma of annual Master's Degree Level II in Open Innovation & Intellectual Property at LUISS Business School in Rome.

In 2018, she participated in the professionalizing Course dedicated to Data Protection Officers organized by Centro Studi Forense, and since 2021 she has been registered as a Master Data Protection & Data Protection Designer following the passing of the final exam of the annual Course organized by theItalian Institute for Privacy and Data Enhancement.

For more than 6 years, she has had corporate experience assuming the role of General Corporate Affairs Legal Manager.

She is also the author of contributions and insights on the issues of personal data protection, including for the titles of the Digital 360 network and for the FairPlay legal information portal of Sprint Soluzioni Editoriali.
