Maria Antonietta Portaluri

Maria Antonietta Portaluri, of Counsel of Stefanelli&Stefanelli Law firm, is a specialist in the field of tenders and contracts in Special Sectors, with a strong expertise in the Energy, Transport and Smart Building markets.

From 2008 to 2023 she was General Manager of Confindustria ANIE, the largest organisation representing the national electrotechnical and electronics industry, one of the most innovative and technologically advanced industrial sectors in the national manufacturing industry.
She previously headed the Legal and Procurement Area of Confindustria ANIE.

She is the author of several publications on Digital Contracts and Contracts in Special Sectors (ed. Sole 24 Ore). Member of the ‘Procurement and Infrastructure’ Commission of Confindustria (2011-2015).
She participated in the Working Group for the implementation of the PNRR (Mission 3) of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility (2021).
For years, she was a member of the Board of CEI - Comitato Elettrotecnico Italiano - of which she was Vice President in the three-year period 2019-2021; a member of the Board of IMQ Group (2019-2023); from 2019 to 2023 she was President of the IMQ Association - Institute for Quality Certification of the Electrotechnical, Electronic, Information Technology and Cybersecurity Sector. These experiences have allowed her to gain expertise on standardisation and certification in high-tech industrial sectors.

Her areas of expertise are tenders and contracting in special sectors, digitalisation in procurement with a focus on new technologies and AI, sustainable transformation of public markets and industrial supply chains.

She will handle new projects on energy communities and corporate sustainability reports (ESG).
