Laura Asti

Laura Asti is the head of the Criminal Law Department of the Stefanelli & Stefanelli Law Firm, providing assistance, advice and defense in all areas of company criminal law.

She deals, in particular, with medical liability in health professions, offenses regarding bankruptcy, tax law and procurement, safety at work, the administrative liability of companies (Legislative Decree 231/2001), new technologies law, and computer crimes.

She is a member of the "Franco Bricola" Penal Chamber of Bologna and is currently a member of the "Relations with Magistracy" observatory.

She attended the “School of Higher Education for the Criminal Lawyer" of the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers and was a lecturer for the Course "Italian Criminal Law and History of Mafia" at the "Friedrich Schiller" University of Jena in Germany.

In 2021 Laura Asti has obtained accreditation in the field of "Criminal Law - Corporate Crimes and Liability of the Entity pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01", within the project "Partner 24 Ore Avvocati", promoted by Sole 24Ore in partnership with 4cLegal.

She writes articles on the issues of business and criminal law and participates as a speaker at numerous conferences. She is also the author of volumes, such as " Assetti organizzativi nell’impresa e prevenzione del reato colposo ", published by Aspasia.
