Elisa Colona

Elisa Colona joined Stefanelli & Stefanelli in February 2023 through the programme offering a semester of pre-degree practical training for entry into the legal profession.

She graduated in law in July 2023 from Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna, with a thesis in administrative and urban planning law, dedicated to the topic of state concessions in the context of the Bolkestein Directive.

In July 2025, she obtained her licence to practise law at the Court of Appeal of Bologna.

Since joining the firm, she has been involved in administrative law, with a particular focus on public procurement (medical and non), assisting companies and public administrations in tender procedures, from the participation phase to the execution of contracts and related litigation.

She is the author of articles providing updates on the main regulatory and jurisprudential developments in the field of public contracts, as well as contributions published in specialist journals in the sector.

During her collaboration, she has also been involved in the management of litigation cases concerning health authorisations and planning measures for healthcare activities.
