Andrea Marinelli

Andrea Marinelli has been collaborating with the Stefanelli & Stefanelli Law Firm since 2006, focusing mainly on labour law, also by assisting employers and employees in Merger & Acquisitions operations. In particular, he works with employment contracts, subordinate employment, agency contracts, individual and collective dismissals, self-employment and managerial activities, both in the pre-litigation and in the litigation stage.

He successfully attended the Advanced Studies in Labor Law of the Postgraduate School in Public Administration Studies (SPISA) at the University of Bologna. He also completed the Advanced Training Course in Labor Law of AGI (Italian Labor Lawyers) and regularly writes legal articles on the same theme.
