“D.L. DESTINAZIONE ITALIA”: NINE COURTS DEDICATED TO FOREIGN COMPANIES

Concentrated in just nine italian Court all the cases that involve companies headquartered abroad but with their permanent representation in Italy. This is one of the innovations introduced by “Destinazione Italia” the decree approved by the Council of Ministers that launches a plan to attract foreign investments in our country.

In this sense it was decided to gather the causes that affect those companies in nine offices (Bari, Cagliari, Catania, Genoa, Milan, Naples, Rome, Venice and Turin), identifying also a responsible for the organization and the relations with the public in the judicial offices, starting with an experimentation in the ones that host the companies’ courts.
