4. EU Artificial Intelligence Act Proposal - Governance, monitoring, sanctions

In this fourth video on the AI Act Proposal, we will analyze the governance, monitoring and implementation systems set by the Act.
Title VI sets the governance system, established both at the Union and at the national level.
Title VII establishes an EU-wide database for standalone high-risk AI systems, which will contain the register of these AI systems. Registering them before placing them on the market will be a mandatory requirement.
Title VIII deals with the post-market monitoring, reporting and investigating of AI-related incidents.
