Silvia Stefanelli
Expert in health law, Silvia Stefanelli has specific expertise in the organization of health services in the public and private sectors, as well as in the field of medical devices, medical responsibility and health advertising.
Over the years she has acquired specific and significant experience in the field of digital health and in the privacy/data protection area. In this respect, she attended the CPD specialization in "European Data Protection Law" and obtained the title of "Privacy Officer and Privacy Consultant".

Alessandra Delli Ponti
She has been working in the field of privacy and data protection since the entry into force of Legislative Decree 196/2003. In 2016 she obtained the diploma of Data Protection Officer, as required by the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679, being recognized as Privacy Officer and Privacy Consultant, by TÜV Italia srl. After obtaining the Federprivacy Privacy Officer certification, she also attended a specific course for the conduct of audits.
Alessandra Delli Ponti assists numerous health facilities with respect to privacy matters and in the resolution of problems related to the CAD technology, such as, for example, the use of the graphometric signature or the creation of health records and digitised medical records.
Eleonora Lenzi
She has extensive expertise in Civil and Commercial Law and has developed specific skills in the management of contractual problems as well as in the implementation of management systems (implementation and preparation of procedures).
Eleonora Lenzi deals with the data protection aspects of the drafting of commercial agreements among companies and between companies and Public Administrations, as well as with credit management and recovery against PAs.
She is also an expert in the process of negotiation and mediation between companies for conflict resolution.
Maria Livia Rizzo
Maria Livia Rizzo's practice focuses primarily on out-of-court legal advice in the field of personal data protection, medical devices and 3D printing, and IT law.
Within the Privacy Team she deals with aspects related to data protection in health care, with particular reference to digital health care.
She obtained a PhD in Law and New Technologies at CIRSFID (University of Bologna) where she carries out research activities as a Research Fellow and where she is teaching Tutor of the Master in Personal Data Processing and Privacy Officer.
She is a lecturer in Legal Informatics and in Legal Medicine at the School of Law of the University of Bologna and Peer reviewer of the Journal of Medical Ethics - British Medical Journal.
She teaches PhD, Master's and Degree courses in various Italian universities.
Giorgia Verlato
In her professional background, Giorgia Verlato particularly focused on health law, collaborating with the legal department of the Policlinico Sant’Orsola di Bologna as well as with law firms specialised in the field.
Upon entering our law firm, she was included in the Health Law Team, mainly dealing with authorizations and accreditations, but also working in the health advertising and medical responsibility areas.
At present, Giorgia Verlato is part of the Data Protection Team as well, where she mainly assists dental clinics in reaching compliance with the GDPR.
Luigi Zampetti
Luigi Zampetti has been working in the ICT industry since 1979, today he is a management system consultant.
In the data protection field, he worked in Telecom Italia in the support services for compliance to the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (previous data protection law in Italy that has been in force until the implementation of the GDPR).
In 2016 he has developed a methodology (ASG679 ©) for the collection and systematisation of company information. He has also designed and developed online checklists for data protection management audits, the assessment of risk profiles related to business processes and IT.
He was a Digital Health specialist in the Marketing department of the Business Department of Telecom Italia, from 2003 to 2016, and he participated in the development of the following e-Health services: Digital Identity, Health Electronic Record, Mobile Health, Patient Empowerment, Telemedicine, Interoperability, Cloud Computing, in collaboration with various national organisations and Universities.
He was Project Manager for telemedicine projects in Italy, Brazil, Cuba and for the Vatican in the project regarding the Website for the Jubilee in year 2000.
He has obtained the following certifications and qualifications: Digital Product Management (DigComp 2016); BS 7799 Lead Auditor for information security management systems (DNV Knowledge Institute 2004); Economics of Cooperative Enterprises and Non-Profit Organizations (EINCOP 1994).
Maddalena Collini
Maddalena Collini collaborates with Studio Legale Stefanelli&Stefanelli in the data protection area.
After graduating from the University of Trento, she worked in bankruptcy law, specializing in civil law. In particular, she gained experience in the areas of professional liability, debt collection, securities and real estate enforcement procedures.
She has been working since 2015 with the chair of Tax Law at the University of Trento and since 2016 she has been part of the team of professionals responsible for the training of ski instructors on behalf of the Provincial College of Ski Instructors of Trentino.
She contributed to the writing of the book "Sport e Fisco", published by Editoriale Scientifica (2018).
Alessandra Di Nunzio
Alessandra Di Nunzio obtained a double (Italian and French) degree in Law, studying at the Alma Mater of Bologna and at the Université de Nanterre - Paris X.
Since entering the Stefanelli&Stefanelli law firm, she has been working with privacy and data protection with a particular focus on issues related to the management of health data.
Alice Giannini
After obtaining the International Baccalaureate Diploma, she graduated in Law from the University of Bologna and subsequently obtained a scholarship which led her to the UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco where she performed research activities.
Currently she carries out a traineeship at the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Bologna, where she assists a senior magistrate with investigations related to computer crimes and professional negligence.
Within the data protection team of our law firm, she deals with Data Protection with a focus on cyber security and liability issues under Leg. Decree 231/2001.
Fabio Marinello
As a qualified cognitive psychologist, he received his degree in Psychological Sciences at the University of Bologna, where he focused on topics related to decision-making. He specialized in data protection, data management and processing, attending "Data Protection Officer & Analyst" training course by IFOA. He also obtained the TÜV Italia certification "Register of processing operations and risk analysis. Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA): the data protection impact assessment in the EU Regulation 2016/679".
After joining our law firm and the Data Protection Team, he assists clients in mapping their personal data processing activities, as well as performing risk analyses and advises companies in preparing internal procedures aimed at GDPR compliance.
Vittoria Piretti
Vittoria Piretti has experience in the field of credit recovery, commercial and labour law, dealing in detail with out-of-court consulting for businesses and professionals.She is registered with the Bar Association of Bologna and is in charge of consulting for companies and private sector healthcare facilities for GDPR compliance processes, contracts and the management of related data protection aspects, such as drafting policies for websites and e-commerce channels.
In her fields of specialization she periodically publishes articles on legal journals and websites.

Federica Pucarelli
Graduated in Law at Alma Mater in Bologna, she subsequently obtained the Master of Specialization Level I in Personal Data Processing and Privacy Officer at CIRSFID - Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.Since joining the Stefanelli&Stefanelli Law Firm, she has been dealing with privacy and data protection aspects in healthcare, mapping of business processes, drafting and verification of organizational procedures.
