Alessandra Delli Ponti

Alessandra Delli Ponti has been of counsel lawyer of the Stefanelli & Stefanelli Law Firm since 1999. She has extensive expertise in privacy law and new technologies law and works mainly with companies and professionals. In 2016 she obtained the certification as Privacy Officer and Data Protection Advisor by TÜV Italia srl.

She also has expertise in the implementation of management systems and, in particular, the construction of Organizational Models for the prevention and management of offences under Leg. Decree 231/2001.

She is a member of various Supervisory Bodies and is a senior trainer for the following areas: Management Systems pursuant to Leg. Decree 231/2001, Privacy and Data Protection, Company law, legal training of stewards under the M.D 8/8/2007.

Alessandra Delli Ponti is also a Mediator accredited in accordance with Ministerial Decree 180/2010 and registered with the Mediation Body of the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna. She is the author of the book "Sanità Digitale. Il fenomeno dell’e-health in Italia “, published by Invictus Editore.
